INTAG/AG BM 499 G& I: Exploring Greek Food Systems
Embedded course Spring 2014, 2.5 credits. Travel from May 13- 27, Summer 2014, 0.5 credit.
Travel to Thessaloniki and surrounding sites. Learn about food systems in Greece, how economic isses are affecting agriculture, and the history and culture of the country. The trip concludes in Athens. Applications are available from from Ketja@psu.edu and are due December 12, 2013
