We are looking for a Compliance Analyst Intern eager to learn. This intern will focus on various assignments that will provide breadth of knowledge into the various compliance processes and operational areas related to: 1) anti-money laundering 2) fraud research and recovery 3) money transmitter licensing. The position will allow the associate to understand the complexities of ADP’s products and money movement operations as well as the value that the Operations and Compliance team brings to the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compliance Assistant’s primary function is to provide top quality 401(k) plan ERISA compliance services support to our 401(k) clients.Intern identifies, analyzes, and conducts regulatory testing, and completes reporting and disclosure requirements for our 401(k) clients. Additionally, assists internal staff in 401(k) Operations and New Business in the resolution of plan qualification and administrative/recordkeeping issues. Recommends and implements departmental procedures to bring the administration of 401(k) plans into compliance with new and existing legislation. Organizes and participates in committees or projects responsible for the quality and timeliness of plan compliance services, enhancing the systems that support the various service processes, and specialized training for the compliance area. Remain current with changes to the rules and regulations governing qualified plans and with our internal processes, policies and procedures.

Assist the Corporate Brand Marketing & Communications team on supporting various design tasks, updating TEs image library and assisting with Communication activities.
Key Tasks:
Utilization of Adobes Digital Asset Management tool (Scene 7) to both update and structure TEs image library inclusive of photographs, infographics and other digital properties that TEs marketers utilize to create collateral, web banners, advertisements, etc.
Support external and internal communications activities including:
o Writing / editing of MyTE (internal website) articles covering various topics
o Press release edits, reviews
o Media pitch reviews
o Webcast support (PowerPoint creation, multi-media support, executive interaction, etc.)
Assist in all relevant industry social networking sites. Develop effective model in monitoring. Act as social networking assistant to industry functions with providing regular training and management reporting of ongoing effectiveness

Some experience and working knowledge in Online site content maintenance is a plus
