Duties and responsibilities to include assisting the underwriting department by reviewing in-force commercial accounts for the following: *Current building valuations to ensure adequate building limits. When there is not a current inspection or valuation on file, complete a building valuation or complete ordering including a building valuation through inspection vendor; *Ensure information on file from inspection matches coverages, limits and rating of the risk(s) on file; *Research updated specific rates and ensure these are updated on Commercial Property policies; *Other projects as may be defined, including but not limited to researching class exposures, pulling and preparing files for audits for internal and external personnel, and any other support to the underwriting department or function as may be defined.Qualifications/Requirement:

Summary of Position:
This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills she or he may have acquired in school related to his or her particular areas of interest, and apply them in a professional setting. Update SES&me with all training
Assist with scheduling and logistics of Momentum’s Stakeholder Centricity
Assist with the recruitment process (from job posting to interviewing and reference checks)
Assist with the implementation of Sonic Boom, a new wellness portal
Assist with the administration of benefits
Experience/Qualifications:
Enrolled in college or just completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal, research, and time management skills
Ability to quickly learn new tasks & skills
Attention to detail and quality of work
Ability to work independently as well with others in team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Must be US Citizen or Green Card HolderThe internship should last 3 months, starting May 2014.
