Program at a Glance: The primary objective of the Leadership Development Program is to recruit extremely talented and professional entry-level individuals and actively build their leadership, business and technology skills over the course of 18 to 24 months. During this time, you will receive extensive training in the investment management industry and the technology that drives it. You will develop the necessary skills to become successful “future leaders of tomorrow” in Business Consulting, Client Support or other investment technology career paths at Eze Software. Each opportunity will allow you to build business acumen and an understanding of the investment technology industry.

Key Highlights and Opportunities in the Leadership Program:

• Managing key relationships with one or more internal (e.g. development, consulting, product management, tier-2 support etc.) and/or external groups (e.g. buy side firms, sell side firms, prime brokers, execution venues, etc.)
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the investment management industry and the technology that drives asset management, portfolio analysis, regulatory compliance, electronic trading and investment workflows
