Want to travel to Europe next summer and earn PSU-credits? How about studying abroad in Vienna, Austria, for four weeks (July 15–August 15, 2015) and earning six PSU-credits? Sounds good?
Check out a new faculty led study-abroad program and join Ines Meyer-Hoess for an info session next Wednesday, October 29, from 6-8 pm in 202 Sparks!
Two courses that translate into 6 PSU-credits will be offered in cooperation with the University of Vienna from July 15–August 15, 2015: CAS 271 Intercultural Communication and CAS 199/499 Foreign Studies: Communication in the European Union; Politics, Policies, and Practices.
The program offers a plethora of formal and informal opportunities to engage in dialogue with Austrians of a variety of backgrounds. The objective is to provide students with an immersive experience abroad to enhance self-reflection, flexibility, and sensitivity in intercultural communication settings that can be applied to both personal and professional environments.
