DUTIES:
If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for reviewing and analyzing claims for legal merit in compliance with the Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act. Typical work assignments will include: preparing legal documents; utilizing a case tracking system to input data and query reports; and analyzing claims to determine the type of indebtedness.
Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
First consideration will be given to the first 25 applications received; we will additionally consider applications received on the same day as the 25th application, through 11:59pm EST. Applications received after the first 25 may or may not be considered.
