Following the success of our webcast with Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg last year, this year we’ll be speaking with authors of The Confidence Code, Katty Kay and Claire Shipman, Eileen Naughton, Leader of Google UK and PwC leaders about building confidence and answering the question: ‘What would you do if you were not afraid?’ The event is part of “Aspire to Lead: The PwC women’s leadership series,” which includes programs and workshops hosted by PwC to help college students build leadership skills. While the focus of the leadership series is on the advancement of women, men are welcome and equally encouraged to participate in our program.

PwC leaders, Google UK Leader Eileen Naughton, and authors of The Confidence Code, Katty Kay and Claire Shipman will be part of a discussion that focuses on the theme: “The Confidence to Lead.” The webcast will provide tips on building confidence as a leader and explore the role of men as supporters and drivers of change. The event will conclude with a Q&A session.
Candid panel discussion with Dana Mcilwain, PwC US Services Leader and Vice Chair, 1:45-2:45pm, February 27
Following the webcast, Dana Mcilwain, PwC’s US Services Leader and Vice Chair will be on campus and plans to host a candid panel discussion to examine the speakers’ views and experiences, and will engage in a discussion around the key takeaways! It’s a topic that’s sure to result in lively conversation, and we look forward to having you participate in the dialogue.
