Fellowship Program
The Fellowship Program is a year-long training program for young leaders who have completed, at minimum, their undergraduate degrees by the start of the program. Fellows are assigned to specific program areas and develop expertise with the direction of a Program Manager and the Academy Director. Each Fellowship experience is unique and is shaped by the current policy focus of their program area. We recruit Policy Fellows, who have completed a t least an undergraduate degree, and Legal Fellows, who are recent law school graduates

Duration: August 28th 2017–August 24th 2018
Compensation: Policy fellows: $47,500/year, Legal fellows: $53,000/year+ Bar compensation

Summer Associates
he Academy Summer Associate Program is an intensive, 10-week development program for young leaders who have completed, at minimum, their undergraduate degrees by the start of the program. Associates learn about issues impacting California and the nation and manage research and advocacy projects under the direction of a Greenlining staff member. An undergraduate degree is required.

Duration: June 5th 2017–August 11th 2017
Compensation: All associates receive a stipend of $5,500 for 10 weeks, paid out bi-monthly
