Those in the Criminal Justice field uphold the laws and serve the people of this country at the local, state, and national levels. Internships in the field give valuable insight into what a career will be like. Interns tend to come from various majors and acquire skills that are transferable to a variety of careers. A position in the criminal justice field can also open up other opportunities in the field for students after graduation.
The following are some examples of internships in Criminal Justice that are available on Network Symplicity:

Additionally, candidates for intern positions in the Criminal Law Division must also have a satisfactory background investigation.

The Montgomery County Adult Probation & Parole Department believes internships can be a valuable asset to the agency while providing a practical education in probation, parole, and intermediate punishment to students. The placement, by its nature, is not a highly structured experience: it is designed to be flexible to meet the needs of the Department, its offenders, and the student. Most placements with the Department are in the Supervision Units, working with Probation/Parole Officers as they perform their normal duties. While this is the most common placement, a limited number of internships are possible in special program or research related areas.
