Have a passion for service? Do you want to give back? Why not explore a position with the Peace Corps! Next week will be your last chance until Fall semester to come to a Peace Corps event – put these on your calendar! There will be open office hours for students to drop by with any questions on Wednesday, April 30 and Thursday, May 1 from 11:00-12:30 in 105 Career Services. There will be a Peace Corps Information Session on Thursday, May 1 from 4:00-5:00 in 103 Career Services. This particular information session is special, as we will be hearing from Returned Peace Corps volunteer Hannah Grow, PSU ’11, who just last month finished serving as a health volunteer in Nicaragua. Come out to hear about Hannah’s adventures and learn about how you can make a difference in the world after Penn State! Take a break from studying to celebrate those from the PSU community who are preparing to depart for Peace Corps assignments overseas.  Speak with returned Peace Corps volunteers and try dishes from countries of service!  All are welcome – but not required – to bring food or refreshments to share.  Come for the free food and stay for the stories on Thursday, May 1 from 5:30-7:30 in 234 Career Services!
