The U.S. Department of State offers many internship opportunities, domestically and abroad, for undergraduate students, and the deadline for Summer 2016 is right around the corner!
If you would like to learn more about these unique internship opportunities, join Caroline Briselli on Thursday, October 8, from 5-6:00 p.m. in 124 Sparks for an information session. Caroline will discuss the internship program, the application process and the benefits of interning with the State Department, as well as speak about her own experience as a political-economic intern at the U.S. Embassy in Barbados. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the logistics of applying to the internship via the USA Jobs site.
Caroline Briselli is a junior majoring in History with minors in Middle East Studies and Business in the Liberal Arts. Caroline interned with the U.S. Department of State at U.S. Embassy Bridgetown in Barbados this past summer and is working as a virtual intern this school year to promote State Department opportunities to Penn State students.
If you can’t make the session or you have additional questions, feel free to reach out to Caroline by email at carolinebriselli@psu.edu
