You will gain a solid understanding of our customers, products, services and strategies through three eight-month-long rotations, each in one of our Chase business units: Auto, Business Banking, Card, Chase Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, Digital, Marketing and Communications, Merchant Services, Mortgage Banking, Oversight and Controls, Operations and Strategy.
Within the General Management program, projects may include using data analytics to measure operational effectiveness; business case development for new digital features or functionality; project management for high visibility brand, marketing & media initiatives; evaluating and quantifying business strategy while upholding business controls and regulations; or strategizing marketing initiatives for the various Chase products and services.
Our training curriculum will enhance your business knowledge and professional and technical skills. A dedicated program manager focused on your career progression will further guide your experience. Upon successful completion of the program, you will utilize the network and knowledge gained throughout your rotations to help you identify your next role – one that best suits your interests and skills.

Key qualifications:
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Pursuing a B.A., or B.S. degree with expected graduation by December 2017 or May 2018. All majors considered.

Interact with Chinese Students in Nanjing this Maymester
Participate in a unique opportunity to engage with students from Nanjing University in China this summer. Earn credits and study abroad by enrolling in LING/AFR 497, Language in Africa, this spring.
This embedded course, which is a course taught on campus that includes a short-term embedded travel component, will be traveling to Benin in West Africa for two weeks during the Maymester.
Benin is a particularly interesting country because, while it’s official language is French, there are more than 50 languages regularly spoken in the country. Dr. Deborah Morton will be leading the course and has been conducting research in Benin for several years.
